Part I (this one) is a foundation for anybody, who wants to know about IR4.0 & Digital Transformation. Hence, it is good for management, IT professionals, control and automation engineers, project managers, teaching staff, college students, and sales and marketing staff.

Part I covers the main pillars of IR4.0, including its basic technologies, such as AI, Big Data, Analytics, IoT, Mobility, Cloud, and Digital infrastructure systems, such as control systems, sensory, and others. It also sheds the light on resource issues, budgeting, and relation to existing systems and discusses best practices, strategies, and approaches, based on long experience in such technologies and projects.
